Mushroom Pallipalayam | பள்ளிபாளையம் காளான் வறுவல்
Ingredients:
Cold Pressed Sesame Oil - 4 tbsp
Shallots / Small Onions - 1 cup chopped
Red Chilli without seeds - 10 to 15 as per taste
Curry leaves - few
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Mushroom - 250 gms
[cover and cook for 5 mins]
Fresh Coconut Chopped - 1/4 cup
[oil seperates
roast mushrooms in oil for few minutes]
[garnish with coriander leaves]
Very simple and super delicious
mushroom pallipalayam is read to serve
