In this video Female Bodybuilding Natasha Gairy blasts her biceps and triceps in preparation for the 2018 Romanian Muscle Fest Championships.
She works at a fast pace, super setting every exercise with very little rest in between. Natasha loves supersets because they keep your heart rate up, as you can train muscle group while the other rests and because they keep a lot of blood flowing the the opposing muscle groups. This is why such a great pump can be achieved with supersets!
