*First Bicep Circuit*
1) Dumbbell Alternating Curls x 10 reps (40lbs)
1) Dumbbell Hammer Curl x 15 reps (30lbs)
1) E-Z Curl Bar Reverse Curls x 20 reps 45lbs)
***Rest 1 Minute & Repeat 2 More Times!!!***
**2nd Bicep Circuit**
2) Barbell Drag Curls x 10 reps (65lbs)
2) Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curls x 15 reps (20lbs)
2) Incline Spider E-Z Curl Bar Curls x 20 reps (30lbs). ***Rest 1 Minute & Repeat 2 More Times***
*1st Tricep Circuit*
1) E-Z Curl Bar Extension x 10 reps (75lbs)
1) E-Z Curl Bar Close Grip Press x 15 reps (75lbs)
1) Bench Dips x 20 reps (Bodyweight)
***Rest 1 Minute & Repeat 2 More Times***
**2nd Tricep Circuit**
2) Dumbbell Overhead Extensions x 10 reps (70lbs)
2) Dumbbell Moore’s Press x 15 Reps (55lbs)
2) Diamond Push-ups x 20 reps!!! (Bodyweight)
***Rest 1 Minute & Repeat 2 More Times***
Perform each circuit all the way through, one exercise after the other until you finish all three exercises. Then rest for 1 minute and then repeat.
