सूखा कला चना!
An healthy and full of nutrition chana recipe!
Ingredients:
Bengal Gram 250 g
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Mango powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp+ 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Mint or coriander leaves
Green chili
1 onion ( optional)
Water 200 ml
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
transfer chana in a pressure cooker, add 200 ml water.
add half tsp salt, put the lid on, place on high heat, bring one whistle. reduce the flame and cook for 8-10 min.
turn off the flame.
dry the excess water on high heat.
now heat a pan, add cumin and asafoetida , fry it for few seconds.
now add al spices and a little water.
fry it for few seconds.
now add boiled chana, mix well.
cook it for few minutes.
add mint and onions.
serve hot with lemon juice.
