#dalpalak #vegdalpalak #dalpalkrecipe #spinach #vegsabziDAL शादी वाली दाल पालक की सब्जी - महाराष्ट्रीयन Please Subscribe For More Videos :https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMnJmUP8Y8o7-qp_qzPsLsA Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/gahukarskitchen INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups Rinsed,Finely Chopped Spinach 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 1Medium Sized Onion Finely Chopped 6-7 Finely Chopped Green Chillies 6-7 Curry Leaves Finely Chopped 1 Big Tomato Finely Chopped 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 1/2 Cup Toor Dal 1/4 Cup Chana Dal 2 Tbsp Peanuts 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1Tsp Kasturi Methi 3-4 Tbsp Oil 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder 1 Tsp Garam Masala Salt ToTaste METHOD: 1.Wash both the dals and soak them for 1/2 an hour 2.After soaked,remove the excess water 3.Add the soaked dals in a presuure cooker Add peanuts and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder in it 4.Add 2 cups of water in it and close it with a lid 5.Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles on medium-high flame 6.off the flame 7.When the pressure goes completely,open the lid Mix the dal and keep aside 8.Heat the oil in a kadai on medium flame 9.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds Roast them for few seconds 10.Add Onion,green chillies and curry leaves Roast them till the onions become golden brown 11.Add ginger-garlic paste and roast till the aroma of the paste goes away 12.Low the flame, Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder Saute for few seconds 13.Add the chopped tomatoes and spinach Saute and cover with a lid Cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame 14.Add the cooked dal in the kadai Add kasturi methi,salt to taste and mix it well 15.Add 1/2 cup of warm water in it Cover and cook it again for 4-5 minutes on low flame 16.Add garam masala and coriander leaves Mix them and cook it again for a minute 17.Off the flame Dal Palak is Ready. 18.Serve it hot with rice,chapati and bhakri
