Warm-Up - pushups on the smith machine at different levels (60-75 total)
1. Incline DB Presses - 5 x 8-12
Last Set Seth Set - 150s for 15 reps followed immediately by 75s for 30 reps.
2. Incline DB Flyes - 4 x 8-12
Straight Sets - mix in a couple sets of pushups on the incline bench to push some more blood into the center of the chest.
3. Dumbbell Pullovers - 4 x 12
Straight Sets - Mix in some push-ups on the incline bench between sets. Keep pushing blood!
4. Parallel Bar Dips - 3 x 15
5. Cable Crossovers - 4 x 10-15
Just keep moving - stretch and squeeze, stretch and squeeze ! Push the blood!
