Dumbbell Step Up - 10 reps each leg
Barbell Lunges - 10 reps each leg
SUPERSET 3 ▹ 3 sets
Lateral Pull Down - 10 reps
Plate Front Raise - 10 reps
SUPERSET 4 ▹ 3 sets
Medicine Ball Crunches - 20 reps
Oblique Twists - 20 reps
