DIY Home made mold for ballistic gel

Sheet metal origami, making a 6"x16" mold to recast the Clear Ballistics gel FBI blocks for re-use. This is pretty simple, my design uses a sheet of 24"x30" 28 gauge galvanized sheet metal from the local hardware store. It comes this size and is exactly the size needed. A few quick cuts with tin snips and some improvised folding.

Requirements:
24"x30" Sheet Metal, I used 28 gauge Galvanized
Permanent Marker
Hammer
Tin Snips
Silicone caulk or RTV (optional)
4 rivets or sheet screws
Scrap lumber to help folding
