Today you’ll be doing the following:
1. Death March (100 walking lunges in 4 minutes)
2. Push ups for time (Do 30 sec of pushups, rest for 30, record your score and REPEAT 2 more times before moving on to exercise 3)
3. Stand up Bicep curls (Do as many controlled bicep curls as you can for 30 seconds, rest for 30, and REPEAT 2 more times before moving on to exercise 4)
4. Mountain Climbers (Do as many mountain climbers as you can for 30 seconds, rest for 30, and REPEAT 2 more times)
*NOTE: You only do the death march one time. Exercises 2-4 are done after 3 sets.
