Yaesu FT-950 SDR RTL $8.00 USB Dongle with HDSDR. This is an easy set-up. I will post the "how to" video in the future. This was recorded on 3.9875 Mhz and included several Arkansas hams. My dongle was given to me by a friend and it is the $8.00 dongle.
