Yaesu FT-450D and HDSDR

Yaesu FT-450D running in conjunction with HDSDR and HRD. I used the standard RTL2832U dongle - connected to the computers usb, not the radio - with the HDSDR software. I also installed the PCC-450D software from Yaesu's website and the Ham Radio Deluxe software. My FT-450D is only connected to the computer with a RS-232 cable. I just configured the settings in the HRD software to detect the FT-450D radio and it all worked. SETUP: antenna -- two position coax switch - switch between FT-450D and RTL dongle -- ham it up v.1.2 RF upconverter -- RLT2832U dongle -- usb cable to computer antenna -- two position coax switch - switch between FT-450D and RTL dongle -- FT-450D radio -- RS-232 cable to computer SOFTWARE: Yaesu PCC-450D - HDSDR - RTL usb driver - Ham Radio Deluxe
