1. Squats: 10 reps 5 sets
2. HipThrusts: 10 reps 5 sets
3. Stiff leg deadlift 10 reps followed by 10 reps of sumo deadlift (almost like a pull through) 10 reps 4 sets
4. Hamstring curls 10 reps 4 sets
5. Leg press neutral stance 10 reps followed by closed leg 10 reps 4 sets
