It's week 6 and the girls are weighing in! This week we take it to a new location, Art Of Strength Fitness, where the girls not only jump on the scale but they also reveal some of the social challenges they've faced so far and take you through a weight training session perfect for beginners.

Beginner Weight Training Workout:
1. 3 Rounds / 60 seconds rest / 15 Reps
- Dumbbell bench squats
- Overhead Shoulder Press
- Split Stance Cable Row
*Two Minutes Rest before part 2
2. 3 Rounds / 60 seconds rest / 15 Reps
- Isometric Lunges
- Elevated Push Ups
- TRX Rows
Total Time: 35 minutes
