Start with wide jumping squats. Go down as far as you can, hold for 2 seconds then hop up as high as you can. Do as many as you can.
Then rest 1 minute and do Curtsy Lunges with a 10-15 lbs barbell. Do 10-15 reps each side.
Rest another minute then do stepping back lunges, about 10-15 each leg.
Repeat each exercise 2-3x for a awesome leg and butt workout.
