Tofu Marinade:
1/4 cup liquid aminos (sub soy sauce or coconut aminos)
1/4 cup veggie broth
1 tbl liquid smoke*
2 tbl agave (sub maple syrup)
3 tbl olive oil
2 tbl lemon juice
*liquid smoke can be found in any well stocked market next to the bbq sauce
Caramelized Onions:
2 tbl butter
2 tbl olive oil
3 onions (sliced)
Hollandaise Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup spelt flour (sub flour you prefer)
pinch of turmeric
2 tbl lemon juice
1 cup almond milk
2 tbl nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dijon mustard
Tofu Benedict:
Whole Grain English Muffin
Sautéed Spinach
Caramelized Onions
Tomato
Marinated Tofu
Hollandaise Sauce
Avocado
