In this workout I take you through what I call an Arm Annihilation Workout. This workout consists of 5 different bicep exercises done with just dumbbells and an EZ Curl/Straight Bar. Exercises are listed below:
- Inner Grip EZ Bar Curls - 10 Reps
- Overhand EZ Bar Curls - 10 Reps
- Dumbbell Preacher Curls - 10 Reps
- Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 10 Reps
- Outer Grip EZ Bar Curl 21s
