This is my second full session with Coach Charity and we were working at 75% of my max.
I should have been working on my training while not in session with Coach Charity, but traveling put a damper in my training plan so we incorporated squats, deadlifts, and bench press within this one session.
We started on a bare bar for warm ups and technique focus then increased until we got to the working set at 75% max weight. We did approximately 4 sets of 6 reps on squat and deadlift, and cut the bench sets shorts as I totally crashed and did not push through to complete all sets.
Frustrated with how my bench press ended, which just means I come back on a bench day and session and do better!
