Sea Lion intimidates Surfer in Huntington Beach California When he swims to close.

While surfing I saw a very large school of fish. I decided to swim through them with my GOPRO to get some cool shots then this happened. I had my eyes open underwater and i see the sea lion swimming beneath me. he starts to swim away when suddenly he turns his head and start coming towards me. I could not even tell he had his mouth open but i knew something was not right as he came right at me. the next thing i see is a big flash of bubbles right in front of my face. I was holding my GoPro in my hand right in front of me and the Sea Lion came within inches of hand and the go pro. After this i got back on my board and caught a few more waves before going in. definitely a humbling experience and you never know what to expect in the ocean.
