UNDERWATER BREATH HOLD SWIMMING POOL DAY UNDERWATER

In this video I am practicing holding my breath underwater for as long as I can. I took your advice into consideration about hyperventilating before actually trying to hold my breath and it helped me a bit but I still have a lot more practice to do. What do you think. Any other tips for holding my breath for longer underwater that you can share with me?
