Rowing better is one of the easiest ways to improve your shoulder mechanics in the bench press but you cant just do more row work and expect to have a better pressing pattern. Most of your rowing should be focused on large ranges of motion and in a closed chain pattern. As with all things included with position improvement quality trumps quantity.
