Homemade mini spindle ER16

First attempt to make a small mini spindle. Main purpose to act as a working tool in my lathe. All parts made from aluminium, spindle house is made from 7075-T6 alloy, and the rest is made from "scrap" laying around in my shop. Main spindle is purchased from ebay with er 16 collect kit. Fitted with two 6004-2RS bearing. Homemade pulleys from 7075 alloy with 3:1, 1:1 and 1:3 ratio Fitted with a Polyflex 3mm V-shaped belt. Using a REDMOND 12VDC Brushed motor with a self made PWM 10-100% PWM motor controller, all fitted in a nice small box. This clip running the 3:1 pulley gearing.
