Some evenings it's hard to get in the kitchen to do a long meal so this one is perfect for all those who just want to run in and out with something delicious and quick and easy. Here's my Coconut Curry Steamed Fish folks!! Super tasty and very healthy too.
List of Ingredients
3 med Snapper Fish cleaned and seasoned with salt & pepper
1 Chiyote Squash or Cho-cho
1-2 med Carrot
4 cloves Garlic
1 sprig Thyme and Cilantro
1 small Onion
1 Lime
1/2 doz. Okras
8oz Coconut Milk
1teaspoon Curry Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1pk Ginger Tea crystals (optional)
