Drest'agath Raid Guide - Normal/Heroic Drest'agath Ny'alotha Boss Guide

Drest'agath Normal and Drest'agath Heroic guide! Drest'agath is a raid boss in the Ny'alotha raid of BfA. This Drest'agath boss guide will show you the Drest'agath abilities that you'll see in the Normal, Heroic and LFR versions of the Drest'agath fight. Mythic Drest'agath has additional mechanics not shown in this Normal and Heroic Drest'agath guide. Footage of Drest'agath for this boss guide is from PTR raid testing and some mechanics may look different or change when the Ny'alotha raid releases on live servers starting January 21st. The key to Drest'agath in Phase One is staying on top of the adds, budgeting cooldowns to survive Throes of Agony every time Drest'agath reaches 100 energy and picking up the Void-Infused Ichor buff before you hit her so that your damage doesn't get healed right back by her Aberrant Regeneration. When any add dies, they'll drop Ichor pools which you can touch to get a 30 second buff. The Ichor buff allows you to do unhealable damage to the Drest'agath boss. Any damage you do without the Void Infused Ichor buff is worthless since she'll heal back right away. On Heroic, after your Ichor buff expires you must wait one minute before reacquiring it due to Umbral Aversion. Time your burst windows carefully. There are three types of adds that must be managed- Eyes, Maws and Tentacles. Melee should be on Tentacles, Ranged on Maw and the Eyes are fair game for anyone. When the Drest'agath encounter goes live with Ny'alotha release, there may emerge a correct kill order or priority depending on the severity of the Agony abilities but for now, just kick the Eyes while ranged and melee take out the Maws and Tentacles respectively.
