Prophet Skitra Raid Guide - Normal/Heroic Prophet Skitra Ny'alotha Boss Guide

Prophet Skitra Normal and Prophet Skitra Heroic guide! Prophet Skitra is a raid boss in the Ny'alotha raid of BfA. This Prophet Skitra boss guide will show you the Prophet Skitra abilities that you'll see in the Normal, Heroic and LFR versions of the Prophet Skitra fight. Mythic Prophet Skitra has additional mechanics not shown in this Normal and Heroic Prophet Skitra guide. Footage of Prophet Skitra for this boss guide is from PTR raid testing and some mechanics may look different or change when the Ny'alotha raid releases on live servers starting January 21st. The key to Prophet Skitra in Phase One is minimizing raid damage from the Shred Psyche adds. Players with Shred Psyche should run a short ways off to the side and players give the add that spawns some distance for its Psychic Outburst cast. After that, swap to and kill the add before it does too much damage to the raid with Psychic Reverberations. In Phase Two, the key is identifying which Illusion of Skitra can be seen by both Red Team and Blue Team. Skitra will randomly mark the raid with either a Red or a Blue debuff. Figure out which Prophet Skitra can be seen by both Red and Blue marked players and kill that one. On Heroic, Prophet Skitra gains one new mechanic with the Images of Absolution. Avoid them for 30 seconds by knocking back, rooting or stunning them to create gaps in their marching wall. After their shield disappears, AOE them down to clear them.
