Drama ensues as Besigye moves through Kampala

Drama ensued on several streets in Kampala as Dr. Kizza Besigye made his way to and from the High Court in Kampala. The former presidential candidate was required to report to court as part of his bail conditions as he faces treason charges. Police arrested the retired colonel and took him back to his home in Kasangati, Wakiso district.
