Check out this super easy and flavorful garlic parmesan chicken wing recipe made by Chef Bae Smith:
CHICKEN WINGS:
1 bag frozen chicken wings dings
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/8 teaspoon Chilli powder
3-4 pinches ground black pepper
1. Unthaw and wash chicken then pat meat dry.
2. Season with all the seasonings listed above.
3. Fry chicken in cooking oil on medium high heat for around 20 minutes or until golden brown. (I like my wings fried hard)
4. Remove wings and place them over paper towels.
GARLIC PARM SAUCE:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon of parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1. In a pan on low heat, melt butter.
2. Add minced garlic and parsley. Mix thoroughly. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
3. In a bowl(with a lid), add the wings and pour the sauce over the wings. Coat chicken evenly with the sauce. Add half of the parmesan cheese to the coated chicken and shake/mix thoroughly. Use remaining parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top and to garnish.
