Coconut Bread Recipe / 烤椰蓉面包

This is one of my favorite baked bread recipes. It is extremely easy and fast to make but tastes like it came from the bakery. I hope you enjoy baking (and eating!) coconut bread as much as I did! :)
Dough Ingredients
2 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp yeast
3/4 cup milk
1/2 egg
1/8 cup sugar
1/3 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
Filling Ingredients
2/3 cup coconut shred
2 tbsp butter
1/8 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
