Today's recipe is DELISH. Pancakes are a great brunch staple or dessert! These pancakes will not only satisfy your sweet tooth, but keep you fueled and on a healthy track.
Here's the recipe:
Chocolate Banana and Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
* 1 Banana
* 2 Eggs
* ⅛ tablespoon baking powder
* 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
* Honey and Berries to add after cooking (optional)
Instructions:
* Mash the banana well.
* Add the eggs, baking powder, and protein powder into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
* Heat skillet on stove and coat with coconut oil. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the pancake mixture
* Let the pancakes cook for 25-30 seconds before flipping and letting the other side cook for the same amount of time.
* Remove to a plate and serve with fruit, and honey, or whatever else you'd like!
* Enjoy these on a higher carb day!
