Ingredients (12 scrolls):
550 gr bread flour, high protein flour (terigu cakra)
50 gr milk powder (susu bubuk)
200 ml warmed milk (susu hangat)
80 gr sugar (gula)
1 tsp salt (garam)
2 small eggs, or if you use big eggs then 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk - telur
80 gr salted butter, room temperature (mentega)
For yeast mixture:
2 tsp dry yeast (ragi kering/instant)
1 tsp sugar (gula)
50 ml warmed milk (susu hangat)
For Spread:
5 - 6 TBSP vegemite
200 gr quick melt cheddar, grated (keju cheddar parut)
100 gr extra cheese for the top
