Ingredients : Broccoli - 500 gm Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Dried red chillies - 2 Shallots - 5/7 Green Chillies - 2 Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup Curry Leaves Salt Method: (1) Finely chop the broccoli in a food processor or chop very small using a knife. (2) Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add dried red chilli. Add shallots, green chillies, coconut and few curry leaves. Mix well. (3) Then add chopped Broccoli and enough salt. Don't add water. It naturally has water in it, which releases while it gets cooked. (4) Cover & cook for 5 minutes. Always keep low flame (5) After 5 minute, open lid and check. (6) Increase flame & Cook it until water evaporates. (7) Broccoli is done. Adjust salt as needed. Serve with rice ❤️ Garnished with Love ❤️ Enjoy ❤️ HOME COOKING ? HAPPY COOKING
