Borderlands 2: Patched Storm - Does it suck?

In this video, I will be reviewing the patched version of the Storm. The Storm got a fire rate buff, damage buff, effect buff. It was an underwhelming weapon before hand- it's a great weapon now- but has niche use scenarios. This weapon is available as a world drop, but pearlescents often drop from Tubby enemies and Loot Midgets and they always drop from the final boss of Digistruct Peak.
