"BIG RIG Gourmet" Home Edition: Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake (Revised Edition)

This is a re-post of the best chocolate cake known to man. It's the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake. Unlike the first video, I added the finished product at the end. Here is the recipe again, Enjoy: 1/2 C (1 stick) Butter (yes BUTTER, not margarine) 1 C Coca-Cola (not the cheap store brand, only the real stuff will do) 1 oz. (by weight) Semi-Sweet Chocolate (a Hershey dark chocolate bar will work) 3/4 C Mini Marshmallows 2 1/3 C Cake Flour 3/4 C Cocoa Powder (dutch process is best) 1/2 TBS Baking Powder 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 C Sugar 1/2 C Shortening 1/2 C Vegetable Oil 2 tsp. Vanilla (pure vanilla extract is best) 2 eggs 3/4 C Buttermilk Oven: 350 deg. F Be sure to follow the procedure that I've laid out and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!! Oh BTW, one cannot enjoy the best chocolate cake without the best chocolate frosting.
