Hi friends..
Today I will show you how to make a perfect Vancho cake at home without oven . It is very popular and mostly demanded cake in cafeteria. "Vancho" is a short form of vanila and chocolate , because this cake have the combo of vannila and chocolate sponge cake and also include two type of frosting one is whipped cream frosting and another one is chocolate frosting and therefore it provide an amazing and most satisfying taste to us...?

Ingredients
vanilla sponge:
2eggs
1/2cup sugar
1/2 cup maida
1/2tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
chocolate sponge:
2eggs
1/2cup sugar
1tbsp coca powder
1/2cup maida
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1/3tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
pinch salt
for ganache:
in gm measurement:
100gm fresh cream
300gm white chocolate
in cup measurement:
1/4cup fresh cream
1/4cup chocolate
for frosting:
whipped cream
chocolate frosting
Method:
separate egg whites and yolks
Add pinch of salt beat the egg whites until it become fluffy..
Take egg yolks..
Add vanilla extract beat well ..
Add sugar gradually and beat it well until it creates a creamy texture...
once it beated well mix those mixture together carefully...
The egg mixture divide equally into two bowl...
Take one bowl add maida into it and mix well...
The cake batter is ready...
Add the mixture into cake tin and bake it on preheated pan about 25 mins ..
Vanila cake is ready...
Take the egg mixture bowl as we made it before add coca powder, maida, baking powder and baking soda mix well...
Put the cake batter into cake tin ....
And bake it on preheated pan about 30 mins...
chocolate sponge cake is ready..
for ganache:
double boiling method...
Take 100gm of fresh cream...
Add 300 gm of white chocolate into cream..
melt it well...
