Ingredients
1/4 cup of Fermented Fish Sauce
1 3/4 cup of Water
1 tbsp of Fish Sauce
1/4 tsp of Salt
3 1/2 tbsp of Sugar
10 cloves of Roasted Garlic
3 roasted Shallots
Some Roasted Chilli
2 tbsp of Galanga
1 stem of Lemon Grass
4 Kaffir Lime Leaves
2 Crispy Eggplants
5-6 tbsp of Lemon Juice
1/2 cup of Sliced Long Mints
For Beef
Season with a bit of Salt and Ground Black
Pepper
Fry with Butter
