Paleo / Keto Chilli fish | சில்லி ஃபிஷ் | healthier choice fish recipe I Indochinese chilli fish
This recipe is an inspiration from Indo-chinese cuisine. It came out really well and made the recipe without ajinomoto, soya sauce and corn flour.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg boneless fish ( any fish)
2 - 3 Tbsp coconut oil for shallow fry
1 tsp pepper powder
2 inch ginger thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves thinly sliced
2 red chilli chopped
1 capsicum chopped
Coriander leaves
Spring onion
Salt
For fish marination:
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 egg
Salt
For the tomato sauce:
3 tomatos blanched
3 Tbsp vinegar ( apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp chilli powder
