180℃ (360℉) for 20 minutes AND 180℃ (360℉) 10 minutes.
▶Pudding
heavy cream 150g, sugar 20g, 2 eggs
180℃ (360℉) for 20 minutes
▶Custard cream
milk 200g, egg yolk 2, sugar 15g, flour 20g, gelatin 6g
▶Italian meringue
2 egg whites, sugar 60g, water 20g
