I have decided to start a flexibility challenge. Who's with me?
100 days of stretching, lengthening and toning.
On day 1 I worked on my upper back, lower back, shoulders, hamstrings, and hip flexors.
Notes: I need to work more on my upper back and shoulders, they are extremely tight. Hopefully by the end of the first week I will be able to grab my ankle instead of my foot in the bow & arrow. (I think that's what it's called) I'm also hoping that by the end of this challenge I will know all the names of the positions. If you know them please comment!
I will also be working on splits and over splits tonight.
