With experience cooking for several five-star hotels including Royal Plaza Hotel, Ritz-Carlton and the Mira, as well as the highly rated Lei Garden and Nanhai no.1, 30-year-old Jayson Tang is now the Chinese executive chef at the JW Marriott.
As the youngest chief chef in the kitchen, Tang leads other chefs to serve customers with passion and care.
