Wild Turkey Master's Keep Revival Oloroso Sherry

Masterfully integrated Oloroso sherry flavors into a 12-15 year Wild Turkey bottled at 101 proof. On the nose, finely drawn oak, then deep red fruit, boiled caramel and maple, then more fruit. The sherry is present and so is the bourbon, but not fighting each other. This is rich, after dinner bourbon. On the palate, the wave of Sherry hits first. Big fruit with rancio and caramel apple. This stuff is verging on cognac territory. Extremely rich, but not tiring. You keep wanting another sip.
