"Wide View SHINANO" is a limited express train operated by JR Central served for access to the southeast of Nagano prefecture via the Chuo West Line. They are mainly served between Nagoya and Nagano by JR Central 383 Series EMU, which is one of tilting trains developped for keeping speed at curves on mountain lines. This video was filmed in November in 2005, by "SHINANO No.9". This video clip shows the fourth section; Kiso-Fukushima → Matsumoto, out of six.
