Today I'm going to show you how I eat and proceed with my diet, training and activity outside the gym in order to get shredded for my send photo shoot. How many caloiries I eat with macro split shown. I decided to include my new recipe for 3 ingredient COOKIE DOUGH protein bars and I got a brand new NESTLE Crunch cereal to taste test in todays video as well. Included my upper body workout for some motivation and physique update.
