We all need to slow down and do some forest bathing

New Hampshire out In the woods at old colonial homesites. I went metal detecting at this beautiful 1700s old farm abandoned way out in the forest and just had to slow down and take in all the beauty. Long flowing stone walls that go on forever, a crystal clear lake, a million trees and lots of history. It was very enjoyable in this video to just slow down and spend some time looking around thinking about all the things that have happened here in the past. This was a good sized farm which I am sure there was a large family living here a couple hundred years ago. I did some metal detecting and found a couple of old toe taps from a pair of shoes that made the day complete.
