Recipe
Milk-1litre full fat or milk skin of 1 week stored already in fridge
Method
Boil 1 litre full fat milk.Switch off.After 5mins.Take the milk skin on top and drop it into a strainer kept in a glass bowl or steel bowl.Cover it.Boil the milk again take the skin drop into strainer again.Likewise repeat with rest of milk.If you are a person who stores milk skin then you just need to bring it to room temp drop into strainer and let it drain the cream.Or you can collect the milk skin whenever you boil milk for a week and store and then use it to make cream.
Now the drained cream milk from the milk skin is pur whipping cream.Refrigerate for atleast 4hrs before you whip.Or store upto 2 weeks and use.
Now after 4hr refrigeration add sugar and essence and beat and make whipping cream and use.You have a rich yum cream made at home.
