Donald Trump has called a three-year long "witch hunt" against him "a very unfair situation". The US president said in the East Room at the White House: "It was evil, it was corrupt, it was dirty cops." Mr Trump added: "We went thorough hell, unfairly." The president held up a copy of the Washington Post with the headline "Trump acquittal" during his speech that comes a day after he was cleared of impeachment charges.
