This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults is a guided sleep meditation deep relaxation bedtime story for adults about a woman trekking across the arctic, which is something she had always wanted to do. She woke up one morning, feeling the warmth of being in her sleeping bag in the tent, she made herself a warm drink and some food before packing everything away to continue her journey. She travels on her journey on a snow mobile, each night she relaxes in her tent, eats some food and drifts off asleep. She looks out at the northern lights dancing in the sky, the stars and the occasional shooting star. She notices how calm and quiet everything seems when the wind calms down. After a number of days travelling, she passes the north pole and continues her journey. After travelling for some time she starts to notice trees and life again. Eventually, she reaches as far as she can go on the snow mobile, reaching a small town. She leaves her snow mobile at the town and inflates a raft to continue her journey across an area of sea. While crossing the sea she watches a whale for a while. She reaches the far shore and notices that pine trees come almost all the way down to the waters edge. The water is lapping gently on the shore. Once on the shore, she continues the journey on foot, pushing through the pine forest. She finds a clearing where she sets up camp for the night. The next day she continues her journey through the pine forest to a nearby town. At the town, she checks-in to a hotel. She settles down in the hotel, has her first proper meal in many days. She looks forward to sleeping in a proper bed for the first time in days. She goes to bed, feels so comfortable and drifts off asleep.
