Written recipe for fried vegetables with sweet and tangy sauce
Ingredients:
Mix vegetables of your choice, cut into cubes
Oil
Sal and pepper to taste
For Sauce:
Garlic and ginger chopped
1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
Corn starch mixture
Chicken (optional)
Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
White vinegar 1 tbsp.
Chicken broth ½ cup.
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger stir until brown add ketchup, salt and pepper and brown sugar while stirring add up all the above ingredients for making sauce cook on medium heat until thick. Set aside, in a separate pan stir fry vegetables by adding salt and pepper to taste-add the fried vegetable into cooked sauce and mix well, cook for two minutes and serve.
