Tan Dun's Terracotta Symphony

Tan Dun, has been commissioned by The Metropolitan Museum of Art to create a composition called Symphony of Colors: Terracotta in celebration of the opening of Age of Empires: Chinese Art of the Qin and Han Dynasties. The famous composer and conductor talks about the process of taking inspiration from the earthenware and how color, culture, and nature influenced his work.
