Sydney father who shot dead children 'planned' the attack, police say

In what NSW Police say was a domestic violence incident, a 68-year-old man has shot and killed his two teenage children in Sydney's north-west. The man had been in a custody battle with the children's 36-year-old mother for two years prior to the incident.
