Surveillance Video Captures Voyeurism

Surveillance video captures 62-year-old Alan Ralph of Sarasota looking up women's skirts at a Sarasota Walmart. Ralph is charged with three counts of Voyeurism and is currently being held without bond. Detectives believe there are more victims and are asking anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Section at 941.861.4317. The investigation is ongoing.
