Successful Firmware Update on Ainol Novo 7 Venus tablet

After some stumbling to get the drivers installed on my Windows 7 PC and then several failed attempts to update the firmware, I was finally able to successfully update the firmware on my Venus Tablet. All the Chinese apps are gone and the overall performance of the tablet is much improved. Sloppy video but there's enough info there to help guide you through the process. Good luck.
